I use it. It is very, very good. Just follow Brads blueprint of what to do and watch your site start to climb.
Brad drops in here with some good advice and there is an active forum for users that is excellent.
If you want the program to do something it doesn't already do then request a new feature. Most soon get incorporated.

The eoftware does the analysis for you - this in itself saves unmeasurable amounts of time. Any site alterations you make are, of course, done manually.
What the software does is help you on your way.
