it is in the Los Angeles directory allow should I make it Los-Angeles

#1 it looks terrible, #2 it accomplished no purpose. Do not concentrate on keyword density, its irrelevant work on elemental SEO for onpage, Title, H1 maybe an h2 along with appropriately written content that happen to contain your kw or portions thereof
Never do anything to your site that compromises its appeal just to appease search engines, you dont need to. Also remember everything you want to accomplish is only a certain amount of appropriately anchored backlinks away

but my domain is in the 600's on google.

why is this?
my domain went on line on may 5 of this year...it has no page and I am wondering what is going on.
