That is a completely different tab in the spread sheet. I have a link tab that has all of the links listed with title and descriptions it makes it easy to sort and allows me to see how many of each are used.

I have a real problem keeping track of what Directories I have submitted to and what link text that I have used. I guess I should take the effort to just make a spreadsheet like you (Or I would probably create a simple database app because that's the way I am).

So you just try and keep it even which link text you use, or do you use specific keywords more than others?
