I have one site that is having PR 2 and inner pages having PR 4 , But due to some problem the site is down now. And the client says that he want to book another domain with same url and now he wants to down the first one site and up to scond one domain that he have booked new one.

So please suggest me that can i use all the pages on the new one with the same content which was on the first one site.Because the first one site is down now and will not be up in any case due to some technical problem. So can i promote new domain (Although i have to put up all efforts again to up this new domain on google because the last one domain is up on the google for his kws )

What are the technical reasons you are talking about ?

I suggest sticking to the old domain and also have a new domain.
