I dont quite understand what you are asking. I have never heard of a site getting popups because it is indexed in google, nor has any google.com site ever given me a pop up....so im sure i misunderstand your question. The only sites i know of with mandatory popups are free websites like tripod and geocities...

I see your site as a PR5, still preety good in IMHO..

I'm with Jocelyn, the second a popup comes you have lost my business and visits pretty much for good. I personally would try to find another way to monetize the site...or if you have to use popups, use them when people are leaving or on some interior pages...not on the first page that loads.
