ranking is good in google but in yahoo is not?
my site have good ranking in google & pr of my siet is 5 but in yahoo ranking is not in any keyword why?

Hi amit,
Google, yahoo and msn have a different different type of algorithms and they are working differently or you should check your site in yahoo may be its band in yahoo.

how can i check my site is band in yahoo.
many pages of site is index but in many major keyword ranking is not found why?

Hi Amit,
Yahoo tends to be a bit harder on affiliate sites than Google, maybe that's the reason why you don't rank in Yahoo.
You can check if you are banned in Yahoo by doing a "site:www.example.com" search (without the quotes) and seeing how many pages are listed.
If you tell us the domain and keywords we can have a look for you.

yahoo takes time and u have to be patient and keep working on link development. Having PR5 doesn't have anything to do with ranking. so its the power of backlinks that work for yahoo. get quality backlinks from high pr site point this will speed up the things bit more

You should have some original content on your pages to minimize the dangers of getting banned or such problems. But how are you sure you are banned? Not ranking high on Yahoo by itself cannot be ragarded as a penalty unless you find none of our pages indexed.

There is an other factor that makes a site to get good ranks in Yahoo! is that you can try to focus more on increasing the density of Keywords in Titles and Metatags.

This is true, but could hurt you in Google though.

Thats true but I should have been a bit clear saying that "by not stuffing the keywords" thanks. Correct me if I am wrong, to be little more clear the phrases in Titles and Metatags shud be meaningful and readable.

Hi,
Check your content first, yahoo punishes the sites with duplicate content. Follow yahoo quality content guidelines, If you want to list your site in yahoo you have another option by simply paying yahoo some money to get listed in yahoos directory.
