Hello all
My name is Kris and I am new. (Wow sounds like an AA meeting  )
I am a web-master who is just starting to dabble in SEO.
My site, http://www.hobbyspeed.com is a Slot car web-site, which ( yes I know) uses frames.
I will be posting here and there, and would like to thanks everyone in advance for the help ( I'll be askin a few questions)

Get rid of the frames... they are crap. I never ranked until I tossed them in the bin.
