If PR doesn't matters, then what’s the use of PR, and why every SEO consider it and wants good PR for their website,
PR and Search Engine Rankings are two different things, both are important on their stage,

PR issue is created by us ... becoz our client wants good pr ..if u have good pr then client think that site have good repution and PR matter in only Linkbuilding....

PR directly shows the weight of our webpage on our website, |

PR is helpful in ranking when site pr is 6 or more than 6 .Pr is called the weighted of the page .Less pr is not help ful in ranking.

i can show u blank pages have 4 or 3 pr ..can u explain why google is gives weightage for blank pages also ...........

Not neccessary of having good PR to rank in SERP..i can show u 1 or 2pr site are in top 10 results
