if u have dynamic site ..then u can remove session id from link like see my site have html pages but these pages are linked with php pages ..becoz of this google index some pages with session ..like example...http://www.elixirwebsolutions.com/r...f222910a9496e15 ...
if u have that kind of problem with page then u can remove session id by coding in .htaccess file...

And one more u can redirect pages using 301 redirection...

do litle change in content and meta tags ..upload them... increase BL for that page...do 301 redirection if page is not so important...u can created new page then redirect old page to new page also ...

if the pages which have gone supplemental are no more imp then u can urse Google URL removal tool otherwise do as Soni said and take them out of SI.
