you can find article ghost writers on elance. These people will write the articles for your but not submit them. They charge between $5 and $15 for 1 article.
If you want to submit the articles to directories then you should use a semi-automated article submitter, something like "My Article Submitter". These tools will help you by doing the log-in process automatically and then filling out the form to submit. All you do is to press enter.
