hehehe...it's bizarre. When it comes to the subject of PR in forums, people only seem to read/see the things they want to see and ignore the rest. Why do people do that?
During a PR export/update, if you check the PR of a URL against a number of datacenters and get mixed results (i.e. if they don't all report exactly the same PR), then it's likely that there is an export/update in progress.
One of my favourite resources for doing this kind of check is:
http://livepr.raketforskning.com/
It's fast, and checks a large number of datacenters.
Currently, there is no PR update or export visible. No-one on any forum is going to have any idea when the next update/export will be. Anything anyone says about is total speculation or wishful thinking. Top SEO's could no more tell you the numbers for next weeks lottery, than they could tell you when the next PR update/export will happen.
