He is asking how many times can be used H1 tag in a single page
spam is different thing
everyone know how is get spamming...
some times we need do use bold title like H1 while they are genuine

use of H1 tag on page must be on time ..but some times we need h1 tag more than one time as per design layout reqirement ... so we can use h1 tag more than one time ...
I can show you a site having 3 -4 times h1 tag and ranking on top postion with high competetive keyword..
