I've noticed that in June the Kilobytes downloaded per day in webmaster tools went to zero but "Pages crawled" and "Time spent downloading a page" still have some activity. The graphs are shown on this image.

What does it mean when the "Kilobytes downloaded per day" drops to zero ? Does it mean that google doesn't receive the content ? Any suggestions.

The only thing was made on June 3 is removing of the "all" tag in
<meta name="robots" content="index, follow, all"> at all pages.

Long time no see...

It's alway difficult without a url, access to any analytics/logs, server stats and some background but Googlebots spend a lot of time crawling with a 304 request, which means a specific request; "has there been an update to these pages?"

If there hasn't been an update then there likely won't be a download - which makes sense because why should Google spend time/resources to download a page that hasn't been updated? Having a stale site might explain all of the crawling but no downloading. Having a stale site might also be bad for rankings in some markets.

If the page has been updated, then you should check to see that your server/CMS supports a 304 request... not all do!

Paz is right. You should change/update your particular page and wait for webmaster tool activities.

The points mentioned by Paz are right. Sometimes when you take a look at your log files and the recent visitors panel of your hosting account, you would find Googlebot hitting some of your pages without refreshing its older caches of them. They are still accessible but since not updated so there is no rush for Google to recrawl them. By the way, the stats displayed on your Google Webmaster Tools may not reflect 100% of the real things happening on your server.

You should refresh your sitemap and submit it again on Webmaster Tool.
