I have a seasonnal company. In the summer I do lawn stuff, in winter I do SEO stuff. When the springs come and my butt has been sitting on that chair for months doing computer stuff, I feel like you do. The 1st few weeks are hell, then it becomes kid stuff. The fun part is the few first weeks I have no choice to hurt all day, cause it's the job. Builds character... lol

I own a bowflex, and can really stand to use it more. I also have a Gym membership for there cardio equiptment.
I have no desire to get bigger muscles, just lose the fat.

Can a personal trainer not be passed off as business expense?

Not directly, but a massage therapist and/or chiropractor definately can. I've used both quite effectively to rid my back and spine of problems with sitting all day writing code in the same position and uncomfortable chair.

I used to throw darts on a league here, as well as competition throwing knives. I had to reorganize my gym workouts to compensate for that.
When I'd work out on a Monday night before a Tuesday league game, my arm felt like spaghetti, and darts would be all over the board (I'm an A/B shooter, not exactly an amateur). I had to stop doing bicep/tricep work until Wednesday, and then only until Friday, because the weekends were used for practice.
It really screwed up my game for awhile, until I got into a rhythm.
But since having a child, and moving into a new house, I haven't thrown a single dart or knife in a few years. I need to get back into it to get my focus and concentration back.

See now, there's the difference... I never threw a single knife until I had children (smiley here).
Regarding workouts... I have my own machine too, it allows me to do 20 oz. curls until I pass out. (yea, it's a beer tap)
