Long drive or not, I will definately take a road trip there. Maybe this fall since summer is almost here.

Summer is actually a better time to go, since you'll be able to see the grapes just before they are harvested -- I believe harvest time last year was mid-August, and since the temperature is about 10-15 degrees different during the day, it'd make a good trip...the nights are even cooler since this is still a desert area; the brush and sandy dirt can't trap heat the way concrete and asphalt can.

yes...but i would much prefer to Relax and drive down interstate 71 through Central Ohio on the way to Columbus, Ohio. The road has been designed nicely for this and the graphic design of the road signs is worth the trip. If i was around the area of Sussex County New Jersey however...i would not go down interstate 71 to get to Columbus, Ohio...i would design a better route than that. Once in Columbus i would definitely visit the Zoo or the athletic Club in downtown Columbus. Theres great shopping and community events nearby...so its a great central location for lots of events and activities. But thats me. i like to travel and have fun more than just Relax.
