I can't see any reason why this would have happened to me, I've haven't gotton too many links quickly or anything.
How do I get out of this, or do I have to just sit and wait ??

Is my site out of Sandbox?
My main site has started appearing top positions with allinanchor and allintext with some important keywords.Does it mean this site is out of sandbox?Does it really have possibility now of appearing in SERPS?

No, Actually that's one of the characterisics... being at the top for allinanchor and nowhere in the SERP's.

I dunno if really the sandbox applies much anymore because in less then 2 months in different Google DC's I rank from #8 to #400. Most of the time it's on the 3rd page.
The things I did was not build links to fast and mixed anchor text a lot unlike what I did for my other site and the rankings suck.
SOoooo does the Sandbox really still exist? Or am I just lucky for the term Firefox lol.

I'd like to second that notion.
I was #1 for allinanchor for three months. Then after this most recent update, I ranked #1 in the SERPS. You're on the right track though.
Say...
I've asked this before BUT, after getting out of the sandbox, can you fall back in???

Well, the "sand box" only relates to new incoming links. The importance of these links can degrade over time (or improve), but they will not be sandboxed again.

tell anyone who fought google for 6 months, having their site linger on page 1000000 with little provement ... only to bust out all at once to the top half of page #1 on Superbowl Sunday ... tell them it doesn't exist.
there is totally a sandbox ... if your site is new and ranking high already on G ... your in a non-competitive zone in my opinion.

There is a theory (which I believe) that the sandbox only applies to competitive terms, which is why some sites may not feel the effects of it.

Here is an article that is a collection of the various Sandbox theories:
Google Sandbox Theories
Whether you believe the theories or not, something did change with the G algorithm in March of 2004 that makes it more difficult for most new sites to rank well for a period of time, particularly for competitive search phrases.
The most consistent issue with most new Google algorithms is their apparent inconsistency. That makes it more difficult for you and I to figure out algorithm changes, and that would be consistent with G's presumed intent.
