Need Yahoo webmaster contact info.. Help Please!
Does anyone know how to contact yahoo for webmaster support. Over the past week Ive bounced in and out of the listings but now they have delisted my site and I dont understand why. Nothing has changed and I was # 1 - 4 on most of my keywords. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Hi,
you can try this address:
http://add.yahoo.com/fast/help/us/ysearch/cgi_feedback
before you do, stop to think for a minute.
Yes I've checked and your site is not there. Is it a temporary thing, maybe they are updating their index?
If it is a penalty, and I can't think why, but if it is, there's not much point in asking for a reinclusion if you haven't fixed the problem they have with their site!
What have you done recently? Bear in mind this is yahoo and you will probably have to think back a week or two.
Keep us posted!
Cheers,
Paz.

Thanks PAZ. Ill wait a while. I havent done anything with the site for about a month now. And I've tried to keep everything as white hat as possible. Anyway, did you say you didnt see anything wrong when you glanced it over? The only thing I can think of is the keyword density, but the actual legal name of my company is the keywords Im targeting. If it is the keyword density, do you think I should forward a copy of my legal name paperwork to justify to yahoo that Im not trying to spam. It just worked out that my name was a good keyword.

Hi,
Yes I remember I reviewed your site, and I didn't see anything wrong or blackhat.
A high keyword density vs. spamming depends on the search engine, but for yahoo, the worst fine I have seen is an index penalty, not a complete removal, which is apparently what has happened to your site, but let's see.
My feeling is that it's a mistake, glitch, or whatever, and you will be back in the yahoo index soon enough, but we have to wait.
We'll all do our best for you, I'm sure.
Cheers,
Paz.

This just happened last week to me. I had a blog that got indexed into yahoo a couple of weeks ago, then last week it disappeared, then came back about 4 days later.

Well all of yesterday I was back in the listings and better serps than ever, this morning though I'm completely gone again.
Anyone else having this trouble? If you are or did, whats the best thing to do about it?
