I was just doing some google searching and came across my website content under some one elses name.
Well now I need to learn how to file a complaint. Any experience you can share with me would be appreciated

Hi,
You can file a DMCA report at google.
http://www.google.com/dmca.html
Yahoo has something similar, don't know about MSN, and as I remember copyscape.com has some advice for people like yourself.
You haven't had much luck my friend!
Cheers,
Paz.

Yahoo will rip their site out of the index faster than you can imagine. File a complaint.

Thanks for your support guys, i really appreciate it. Your right Paz, it was been a rough couple of weeks.
I just got home from my day job and took a couple of screen shots. I'll be filing the complaint but I can also see his web site is 404 error right now. He must have went around ripping off content from several web sites and some one beat me to the punch and alerted his web host legal action was emminent if the content was'nt taken down immediately.
What beats all is he was peddaling the content of my site to one of those artical submission websites and taking credit for it. I went to see his site to see what else he may have copied and that is when I found out it was down.

Nice Call Starbug_Reddwarf,
I agree anyone that could copy something instead of following the guidelines and they may even use crazy software that can do anything for only so long.
You should report them anyways that way this way the report will now be now the URL registrar even if they have been shut down by the ISP you still need to report it because what if the website domain goes live somewhere else at a later day. You will be in the same situation
Just looking out for ya Freakindj
