Using googleranking.com to check where my site is,
I have seen some movement. From not beening listed to 700 on Monday to 609 last night to 631 today. How long will it take if I continue to add 5-10 links a day on dating, single and personal related sites. and if I continue to add 2-4 pages of real content each day? How long?

ABS, With on-line dating service is it reasonable to assume it's not automated braking system? (Smiley here) Add two more to your daily total for the URL's in your message.

#1 On-line dating service, 972 back links +4 appx 20% in site. 972x.8 = 777, 777/7.5 = 103 roughly 20 days between BL updates and a couple of updates before the links show add in bad business days and kids get sick.... 6 mos to a year. But then again I may be wrong.

DISCLAIMER: Much of this tongue in cheek, other sites ranked well have differing numbers of links, there's always anchor text and on page considerations, all links counted above PR-4 yada, yada, yada...

In the above formula what is the 7.5....is it a constant or does it count something on the page?

Linda, ABS said that he was adding between 5 and 10 links a day. Don't take all that too seriously though.

Thanks. How long do you think it will take www.active-pet-beds.com to get top rankings for "dog beds". I add about 10 inbound links a week. I've had the site for 6 months, first 3 of which I was in a sandbox and had no rankings not even for the name of my site. Now I'm #195 for "dog beds" and #80 for "cat beds".

Are you getting backlinks with the "exact" anchor text "Dog Beds" to your site? your really should be there already I would think, your onpage certainly justifies at least better then 195

Yes, I'm mixing it up a little so all the links are not the same, I'm using "dog beds" "cat beds" "pet beds". I'm kind of in a rut, not moving too much, I don't know why though....I've added quality inbound links from pet sites (they are not showing in my BLs yet). Do you see any other problems with my site, I'm trying to get to the first page but at this rate it'll take years.

This URL of my megrisoft Network is number one when you will search "India Dating" keyword because i have done all the linking of this url with anchor text like "India Dating",
"Indian Dating" but i have used some variation. I think to use some type of variation is also good for ranking while using anchor text linking.
