I don't follow BL updates (they are completely worthless), but PR was just updated 2 or 3 weeks ago. They happen every 3 - 4 months, so plan on early Jan - early Feb.

I am fully agree with brandall that google update pr after three months. Nowdays Google is also updaing its indexing.
Next pr and bl updating by google will be during january to febuary months of next year.
