Nice list! It is also very important to include keywords in the anchor texts of back links. MSN gives on-page keywords a lot of weight. Google gives keywords in anchor texts a lot of weight.

Another important thing to keep in mind is NOT to optimize for too many keywords on a single page. Spread the keywords out to several pages.
