How to earn people's trust?

Our business is into outsourcing. We specialize in hiring full-time webmasters who help people in their business. Basically our agents can work fulltime for anyone who will lease them from us.

We are doing a clean job however, as the frontliner of our company, I always experience people who are not just contente with saying "Nah, I am not interested in your services" but would still give more hurting comments like were just scams or a bunch of people generating fraud farms.

Our business is something I consider so unique but its uniqueness makes it unbelievable for people.

How can I solve this problem guys? Need your help please.

Well, for one, you need to hire someone to fix all of the grammer errors on your web site.

Ahaha! That's one thing that I am actually expecting as a comment. I am not that good in pinpointing grammatically erroneous statements and basically too busy to check it word by word, so would you mind giving me one example? I will highly appreciate it.

Thanks.

Example: No set length of time on a contract. (http://www.agentsofvalue.com/faqs/)

There are quite a few...and I'm sure I missed an equal number. Your best bet is to get a good copy writer or editor to proof & fix your copy. If you need someone for that, let me know.

Hmmm I was actually asking for some grammatically erroneous statements and what you have specified are somehow correct if you based them from grammar books. By the way isn't 'grammar' spelled as 'grammar' and not as 'grammer'?

About hiring a good editor, I will think about that.

No, it's not correct - it is a fragment.

Probably. My spelling sucks, that's why I hire people to proofread things

Hmmmm..I see. It's OK

By the way, is there any suggestion with regards to the contents that our site should contain? Which ones should we delete? What are the things we missed to include? Etc...
