Hi All,
I have just recently had a website built http://www.emeralddreamvillas.com which included a links page.. I started to add links to the site but for some unknown reason they dissappear after a while ...so i add them again...and they dissappear again,I also have a CMS which has an availabilty calendar where i can add bookings that i take for home..when I checked this the other it looked like someone had logged in and entered multiple bookings...and entered there email address as ringtone@msn.com..is my site being Hacked??

Aaron, not sure what to tell you. What CMS are you using? It appears to be some sort of realtor program (open source realtor program)??????

Your question would probably be much better answered by posting where you got your CMS from.

My site has a Msql database..could this be injected in anyway...or could there be loopholes in the script?? There is only me that can accept a link exchange and delete the links from the admin area.

The CMS is written in PHP and the editor is fckeditor.. and the wyswyg text box is fckeditor.

Yes there are sql injection vulnerabilities (for example) that can lead to spam urls being injected - never heard of links being deleted though.

I'd look int your cpanel or contact your hosting company to find out if they are using the latest versions of Linux, Apache, php and mysql and have applied all the patches.
