I want to add a series of photos in a 150x150 box where I current have a static .jpg. What would everyone recommend as the best format and tool for doing that.

I am hoping to fade in/out 5-7 photos, all the same size, in the existing location on my page. It will give the page a little motion and folks can see a series of photos, instead of one, while deciding where to click.

Would you use Flash and a .fla file, or Fireworks and an annimated .gif? Or something else? I use Mac OSX.

I would use flash for this. The end result will look the best in my opinion.

Thanks for the tip. I like your homepage annimation -- I am guess tht is a Flash annimation. It looks good and loads quicky.

Do you think the ads you see on places like news.yahoo.com are also Flash?
