I am interested in starting a reciprocal link exchange program. From what I understand, it takes about one hour of time for every 5 reciprocal links.

I would like to hire someone to search for quality, reciprocal link exchanges (since I don't really have the time and isn't my favorite part of SEO). Does anyone know of a good company that will find links to reciprocate with?

If I'm not mistaken SEO Guy has a link building service that focuses on finding recip partners in related industries.
