Thanks, I thought so, I'll stay away from them. The way they wrote in their ads made it look like a link farm yes, by stating that lots of links isn't harmful.

About the non-recips... If you're calling the shots or know who you're working with it can be quite effective but I've found many times people promoting non-recips are actually trying to trade your good for their bad.

And if you're not using a db for your links the non-recips can be difficult to verify down the road as well.
