Need design help

Guys I want to design a decorated animated logo for my flash website.A company I contacted is charging some $125 for that..yeahhh.. they are offering some 15-30% discounts as a part of their anniversary special.Do you know any other better one ? If I shell out $ 100 how much standard shall I expect.?
