Is it possible to have top 10 rank on yahoo for a well optimized new site??

Even on a small traffic keywords.

Do you guys have ever seen any new site rankings on yahoo on some kws?

PS- New site means age less than six months.

rankings for just a weeks... its possible.. if the site got crawled and index fast...
and maybe if you did some black hat technique...

The site is well optimized and ranking well on both Google and MSN on few keywords...but not ranking anywhere on the Yahoo..

all SEs got a different algo.. so it means different result.. these few months my site don't have any rankings on yahoo too.. maybe because yahoo is on update..

if its medium or high competitive you will have to wait at least for 10-12 weeks. as i experienced.

have seen clusters of sites drop and re-appear i lost 500 urls they came back 2 days later been stable since then.... personally i think the geo targetting is been tested ..

seen site removed for the .com only to re-appear in co.uk the next day.... and i mean dissapear ...even if you type in url they are not listed ..

I bought a bunch of inbound links, added my website in a few free directories.

I also made some comments on blogs.....


After 5 weeks my website is on the first page for some of my most competitive keywords in Yahoo.

It takes to rank well in the search engines ......
Don't stop build new inbound links
