I show it as alternative Google Ads.
Add this line into your adsense code:
google_alternate_ad_url = "http://www.yourdomain.com/alt.htm";
and replace yourdomain.com with your domain name.
It should look like this:
.....
google_alternate_ad_url = "http://www.yourdomain.com/alt.htm";
google_ad_width = 336;
google_ad_height = 280;
google_ad_format = "336x280_as";
.....
After that create a file called alt.htm and put the cb code in it.
Then it shows up your clickbank product instead of public ads
