I can I get index into yahoo
I have not been able to get any ranking in yahoo can any tell me why?

Yahoo's a difficult one in some markets, but I would imagine real estate would be one of those if you wanted to get good rankings in Google too.
In my experience Yahoo often don't like new sites (less than 6-12 months) and they certainly don't like affiliate sites. Maybe you can tell us a little bit more about your site?

agree with Paz. One thing I would recommend is to submit your site to the Y! directory, it is $299 but worth the money.

I think yahoo use different algorithm for positioning any site and site must pass throught those criteria before getting position.

I checked the site in your sig and it seems to be homepage only in Yahoo despite a shed load of backlinks so there's clearly something wrong.
Yahoo's quite a forgiving SE but they don't like affiliate sites and they don't like link networks. I saw 330 other sites on that IP, I hope you're not cross linking them.
I also had a quick look at your resource page and I think that it could be the source of your problems. I think there are a lot of low quality sites in there and a few non relevant ones too. I saw a poker site that was homepage only in Yahoo too. If I were you I'd have a clearout to be honest.
