We are in Top 5-10 on many Keywords in yahoo.com but not getting as much traffic.

I still find Yahoo! a big mystery. I rank well on Yahoo!, sometimes better than Google, and still traffic is low. I wouldn't worry too much...just concern yourself on ranking well and sticking to white hat practices.

I get about 80% of my traffic from Google and under 10% from Y!.
