How much do you Guys (and girls) sleep?;-)
Just a question out of personal interest.
I have to say that i'm usally not sleeping well, especially when my pages arent ranking and doing fine. I always think what I should do next day and get up to early.
I often see you in these forums, I think, 18 hours a day.
How do you keep this up, when do you relax or how much do you sleep?
Greetings
David

lol well me hmmm I am up everyday til 5 or 6AM. I am currently working on a new directory (the database won't be released for months I think) and that's taking all my time up so I work on it all day to get it done ASAP. But in return I think I will top SEO Guy for the keyword SEO lol J/K. Reason I think this directory is more important then sleep is because I know I will make tons of money off Adsense and other things like my Web Design services. I think SEO Guy thinks the same way about this don't ya??? As I have heard $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ talk from SEO Guy before. Me $$$ Me $$$$ LOL. I know I am Me $$$$ Me $$$$. SEO Guy is still on when I hit the bed at 6AM. I think he's 2 hours behind me though but not sure.

My sleeping habits are all messed up... 3:00 to 5:00 I go to sleep and wake up from 11:00 to 15:00... Depends on the day... But normally I sleep 10 hours a day and still I feel a little tired...
Oh, and shuting down my computer makes me sleep better too (not because of the noise, it is watercooled, more because of the magnetic fields).
Also, when I have work to do I don't sleep well... I get in bed thinking about what I should do next... LOL...

I get up at about 5:00am, go to the office, work until about 5:00pm, come home and work till about 10pm, falling asleep shortly thereafter.

hummm not much due mainly to the time zone here. Winter is a killer as my main market in North America comes on line at 10:30pm and off-line at 7:00am. So most mornings I'm up at 5:00am and go right through till 11:00pm (with a few hours off in the middle of the day). This gives me some crossover time to correspond real time with people plus some quiet time for marketing and product dev. I pretty much average 5-6hrs sleep a night. I can't wait for summer, it means I can get a couple more hours sleep due to daylight saving

I get about 4 hours on a good night. I have insomnia so when I end up not being able to sleep I just get back up and start working again

Wow -- I'm so glad I'm not the only one! I get approximately 4 hours a night too!
And it's far from a usual sleep pattern.
Hey we're all young right? At heart, at least?
