How to get better ranking in Yahoo?
One of my site is ranking best in Google like for my keyword I am ranking position 2 and 3.
But for the same keywords my site is weak in Yahoo which is position 23rd for the same keyword.
Please tell me how can I rank better in Yahoo too?

how long have you been in Google's top 3? Yahoo seems to be much slower on inexing sites than Google. So if it has only been a couple months, keep waiting and getting links.

Yahoo gives more importance to on-page optimization where as off-page optimization is more imperative for Google. If we talk about links then Yahoo is much more lenient with the backlinks which a user acquires for their site as Yahoo doesn't filter the links but Google filters checks the quality and relevancy of the links.
I would also suggest you to build your site keeping users in mind and not the search engines as that would be a wise decision for the long run of your site. Just make the most user friendly ethically optimized site and your site will hopefully be in top positions.

Sorry, but there is nothing like that. Can you give us any reference or a solid example to proof this statement.
From my view, you should have both things optimization done in a good manner. And even, in the end, that is the "keyword" which is the main thing. How much it is dense in the searches.

When you will search for a same keyword in Google and Yahoo, you will find different results. For example, please refer to a keyword for finance industry. You will have the exact thing what you are searching for...
Better Optimizing...

In terms of the structure of website, try to make the site easy to navigate and to keep things simple. Include a site map that links to all of the pages on your website - Yahoo finds sites easier to crawl when they have a site map in place and you'll also find it a benefit with the other major search engines. You'll also need some good inbound links to do well in Yahoo. Consider the anchor text that is being used in those inbound links - you want to use your keywords within the anchor text but don't overdo it - you may be penalized if you do.
Finally, avoid black hat techniques. Cloaking, doorway pages and hidden text are all great ways to get your website completely removed from the Yahoo rankings

Google and Yahoo has different algo on ranking a site. Google give more priority on relevancy and quality of links while Yahoo give more priority on relevancy of content. That's why it is recommended to optimized site for all search engine.
