Question on folder name

Im just about ready to open a new store and wanted to ask a question.

Is there any relevance to installing a shopping cart in a separate folder with a name that pertains to the site...

For instance, instead of sending it to root and all being

/abc.html would it be more prudent to do something like /store/abc.html

as per above, would "store" (or name based on a heavy keyword perhaps) improve seo rankings at all

I hope I have made sense.... what are your thoughts on this? Thank you for your time...

Folders are like directory - Internet > SEO its like that...

and to have a categorization in website is good. It will always help in Shopping website.

Using page name separately, not folders will help you a lot.
