I came across with a new problem while I was working for a new site in SEO. With a particular keywords all other search engine my client site is listed in correct way http://www.------.com but in MSN my site is listed like http://------.com there is no www. Y it happened like this? Any idea about on this? Please help me ASAP….

It looks like an MSN quirk more than an issue with your site because you've 301 redirected your non www pages, as I would recommend 99% of the time. Unless you've only done this very recently?

use www. in your url at the time of internal linking also.. and do 301 redirection for all pages ..
