Please go to - www.google.com.au , enter "bad credit loans" and look at 3-rd position please => www.badcreditloansnow.com.au.

I don't understand how it's possible:

U knw wht all the new sites will cm on SERPS very quickly and there is one big facter is there content. and other facter is his only promoting a single keywords and it also only 6k wait in google and the density of his keywords is also litle bit high in title n des so according to me it will not listing long time in SERPS

you get rank well on your keyword maybe its because you had a low competitive keywords and another one, your url has big help for that particular keyword. but have you also check the searches of that particular keyword? which is more important to drive traffic into your site then eventually it will converted into goal conversion.
