"Link" or "Links" in url of reciprical links page

Is the consensous still that you should not trade links with a site whose reciprical links page has "link" or "links" in the url.
I know goo gle will not pass PR from these pages but is it still worth it to exchange links.

Why does everybody still have "links" on there links page!! It makes it very hard to find links!!

If its a topic related site I say go for it, the worst that will happen is it wont count lol, but you will see a lot links.html counting in at least a search for link:

Go for it! Take on those links! Tis what I say! PS we have some tools sites that would be good fits I think
