If I don't want to receive web traffics from the specific countries then how can I hide website contents for those countries search engines/IP's? For example if I want to target only Google Australia and don't want to get traffics from other countries especially from UK,USA countries, so is it possible to restrict outside visitor to visit our site? If yes then will it have any negative effect on Site from the view point of SEO?

I think it would be a bad idea to block people who might want to link to you. It is possible, but why not run affliliate banners for your US/UK visitors instead? Anyway, one way to do it would be to block by IP address, but then you would end up blocking (US) Google crawlers.

You could put up an exception for Google IP, but that would risk a ban for cloaking.

Another alternative is to install Google's Webmaster Tools and set a preference there for Australian traffic if you haven't done so already.

If your webpage or website is an e-commerce site and you would only want to allow visitors from a particular place or country, you can have geo targeting set up in your Google accounts.

Another good option is to go looking for a hosting from a country where you want your webpage to appear as the host IP helps determine that your page is more targeted for that particular place

Then you can also help it just appear in a particular place or country you want by launching a geo-targeted PPC campaign.

The last tip I can give you is to optimize your page contest to where you are targeting to appear using Google Search. Look for pages to link to coming from the place or country where you want to target. That's it! I hope this helps you even just a little bit.
