Dose it matter ??

If i write meta name in all caps dose it matters my question is

meta name="TITLE"

meta name ="ROBOTS" is it right or wrong.

Usually, all capitals are treated as lowercase, but I would not bet it's a fact for everything like the robots tag.

Search Engine don't give much weight or none on metas.. i suggest no to give much attention on that one..

The only benefit could be like seeing the web pages indexed and displayed having capital letters once you look at their links status in the search engines.

It is treated and same as lower case. Don't focus on that thing much. Focus on link building quality and relevant links.

I wouldn't worry much about crawlers on this topic, however think about the end users potentially reading your titles and descriptions in the SERPs
