I have a website of my friend and optimizing his website when i am free. I have done few things but rankings does not seem to impress me. The site is GS Job Point . its a placement agency.
I would appreciate if experts over here can spare some time to look at the website and guide me what is missing and how can i increase the rankings.

Well, rankings are not so easy to gain because SEO is about waiting for some time and working hard, adding links plus contents to the websites. The work level could get even more complex when it comes to building traffic for the websites in some competitive niches.
