A PR0 today may be a PR6 soon, so don't worry about the PR a whole lot. I would just stay focused on getting lots of relevant theme links.

If the PR thing still bugs you then try submitting your site to a couple directories. Some of the directories have decent PR. Here is a site with a good list of Directory Archives .
