I'd like to know too, cause I'm top for every keyphrase I'm targeting!!! Hope they don't change it too much  |

well as i keep saying, lets not get too excited about positions right now....the index is around 5 billion pages. Google's is about over 8 billion now. There's a bit missing there. The algo is being refined and tested, so you never know what may happen next really. Its due to be integrated in longhorn when that is released around 2007 apparently, but msn search is in the new year..when exactly??? your guess is mine  |

Longhorn Client version is due in 2006 and the Longhorn Server is due in 2007. I think I rank top 10 because Bill knows I am a MS Geek. Bill please don't drop me lol.

Well if MSN is going to keep me where I am currently I'll say Screw Google. I am dead in the serps due to there stupid sandbox filter on there.
If I am still where I am when they release the new MSN I am going to do a report on them.

that would rather intersting actually. I must say I'm following the beta closly being an information retrieval bod, and I wonder what the final showdown will be like. Google will always hold a special place in my heart, because it was the first to take charge and use sensible algorithmic and logarithmic models and measures. Everyone else has been playing catch up in SE world, but in the research world things have moved on considerably. Let the games begin.....

Just wanted to let you know that I have been monitoring results since the very first release for a 'dud' query string (so its not subjective), and have notice big changes since the first one.
Now....since it got pulled on the 19th and came back again recently, the results have changed again. I'm not saying its a 'rule' or feature or anything but have a look at the type of sites that come up (retail, blog, etc...)
