Total of outgoing links

Would like to confirm something.

If a page has a number of outgoing links going to different sub pages of the same domain, then the search engines (G) would divide the outgoing pagerank between these links.

For example, if a site had links to 10 sub pages of Microsoft.xxx then it would be counted as 10 outgoing links, the same as if they were links to 10 separate domains.

all links on a page (both internal and external) share what portion of the pagerank that can be passed onto other pages.

Google doesn't share PR of a site between outgoing links, at least not in a purely mathematical way. Ten outgoing links to subpages don't mean every subpage having a tenth of homepage's PR.

pagerank is a logarithmic scale & within the site there will be certain feedback loops that redistribute the pagerank through the site.

small flat sites will see near or the exact same pagerank as the home page on the inner pages, whereas larger sites with more of a directory type structure will see a steady decline in pagerank display as they filter on down through the different levels of the site.
