I have a question about his ad network. I see sites are linking to unrelated sites but should I be concerned? I mean would I get banned if I was linking to them or not cuz I do want to join but I want SEO Guy or someone who has joined to tell me if it's safe to go.

I think it comes under the, would you do it if search engines didnt exist, and the answer is yes. The reason is you get such wide exposure across so many sites that you are bound to increase your traffic and sales. Granted some pages displayed are less relevant then others but in this situation it isnt costing you anything so if your conversion is 1% instead of 10% then its certainly still worth it.

Trying to rank #1 for SEO in Google I'm on the first page but not there yet, if you can link to any page on SEO Guy site with kw SEO (MAinpage preferred) it would be greatly appreciated.

I have been in their for a while now and as yet have seen no real benefit (fingers crossed for the future). I think much depends on how much weight you enter the network with, I am small fry compared to others their so if you have a big site with high PR you should do well.

As a side note, look at how well Shawn has done on his ebay page.
