Enjoying your heater?

Im not...

We got word from the apartment management a few days ago that our heater will be shut down from 9am to 5pm for a few days. Well when 5pm came around our heaters still didnt work. Its day 2 and im freexing my a$$ off.. Its 64 f inside right now and today was the coldest day in a year (it snowed here in vegas this morning)
