Good rankings - no bites
http://www.ferreestudios.com
Have good rankings on all the search engines, but has never got a single request for information.
I have gone over the design, asked in forums related to the site, and still can't "see" what the problem is.
Any suggestions would be welcome
thanks

Are you saying that you have a good SERP but that you can't see any traffic coming being sent to your site from any of the search engines?
Also, I'm curious if you have ran any of those tools that will give you an idea about how many people search for the KWs that you have good ranking for?

There is traffic for the site. Supprisingly for this time of year it is good. But there has not been any info request, calls, or emails inquiring about services.

So what you're saying is that you're getting visitors but that none of them are interested in what you have to offer on your site?

Correct, there have not been any request for information. So I was wondering if there was something about the design, layout, colors, anything that was visually displeasing about the site.
Since the keywords are industry specific towards architecture and scultpure, wordtracker wasn't much help. I mean its not every day that a typical net surfer is looking for a stone gargoyle.

Maybe the problem is like the seo-guy describes in in the article about blue widgets and green widgets.
I looked at the site and it looks fine to me. Perhaps your SEO techniques attracts the wrong type of visitors, so even though your message is right, it's possible that it's not what they are looking for. I think that just need to find the right type of visitors.
I also looked at the "contact us" page. Do you track how many people who actually view that page? I think that many people find it intimidating with a contact form that asks for so much personal information. I typically have a problems just trying to get people's real email address.
I wish I could be more helpful.

stone Sculpting Services
architectural sculpting services
architectural sculptures
those are the top 3 then there are numerous other terms that come up on the first page from carved angels to entryways
so visible is there anything text, or graphicly that strikes you as wrong?

3 people left on pricing, all others as far as I can tell left from the gallery. And I don't have a way to track if they hit the contact page or not

How about combining sculptures and stone carving with words like house, garden, landscaping, yard, lawn, terrace, patio, park, and courtyard.
Maybe people who would be interested in buying sculptures search use search words like ornaments, decoration, decorating and artwork.
Also, how about some linkexchange with sites focusing on landscaping and gardening?
Hope this will help.
