I need Help regarding javascript menus.

Hello,
I have made a webpage using the builtin menu feature in Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004. The problem I found was the way the sub menus are positioned.
This project is my first freelance work in my web design carrer. I am doing it for my friend in canada. If anyone can help me I would be very thankful to that person.

The problem is. I have placed a selct box below the menu. So When I view my site using Internet Explorer The menu goes below the Select Box. But when I view the site using Netscape The menu appears properly and is visible. I mean is that in netscape the menu appears at top off the selct box but in Internet Explorer it appears below the Select Box.

Secondly I want to know how the submenus could be positioned. Is there a way in which I can make the menus appear completely no matter what resolution. When the site is viewed at 800*600 screen resolution the menus on right having submenus appear on right and due to that they are hard to take the mouse on them and click. Coz in smaller resolution they appear on right and then we have to scroll in order to see the menus.

i cant put in words how the problem is but if you visit the page you could get me completely.

The webpage URL is:

I would appriciate if anyone solves the problem and emails me at info@dreamsonline.net

Regards,
Harish

I really recommend you to not use these types of menus, they are not SE-friendly and you have to turn javascript on in your browser (several stats indicate that approx. 9% have turned javascript off).

I would recommend you this menu:
http://www.htmldog.com/articles/suckerfish/dropdowns/

It's CSS and the most SE-friendly drop-down menu I know about. Also, it's only IE that needs a tiny javascript to make it work. It work's without javascript activated in ex. Firefox and Opera.

But, to your question, I see your problem, but I have no clue how to fix it. Sorry.
