EBay Items are Now Showing Up in Froogle

Anyone else see this? I've seen EBay items showing up a couple of times today in Froogle.

I think they still have to be submitted within a feed by the ebay member who lists the auctions..

Mostly you will find ebay shop items are those which froogle displays - since those auctions / listings have a much longer display period.

Many of the shorter period auctions will be well underway by the time froogle starts showing them.

YEs it is only eBay shop items.

I think it uses this system but I'm not sure:

I noticed this today and clicked on one of the links. It bounced off half a dozen of the adfarm and mediaclick (whatever) tracking URLs on the way to eBay.

Have Google joined the eBay affiliate network?

having another look Im seeing plenty of items listed in froogle which are not from ebay shops but from standard listings. But only some listings show up. Be good to get to the bottom of this.

How do you create the feed and do you see any improvements in sales as a result of been on froogle?

I first created the feed using the instructions from Froogle. Now, I made a script that spiders through my auctions and creates the feeds for me. I am almost done with a script that will log into Froogle, set up the new feed, and then upload it automatically.

As for improvments, it's hard to say. If there is an improvement, it's not a big improvement. I would probably quit doing it, if I had to do everything manually. Since the script does everything, I just let it go.
