I don't like the adjustments being made (in the cases where they are being made) -- but, this could just be early inaccurate date. If it is how it will be, then the PR ladder was readjusted again...still nothing of mine moving...we'll see.

I agree this PR Update seems a little hmmm strange. SEO Chat is going to be a PR7 from there PR8 along with MarketingFind.com. I see more dropping from huge sites then gaining or staying.
