ASP URL spaghetti

Wow, major work needed on site, take a look (seo nightmare).

I have a client with existing site that seems to be created in somekind of ASP based storefront.
It seems like there is a redirect in the .htaccess that redirects the index to a dynamic link.
Then each link is dynamic with content ID's that go for days. ie: http://www.e-ternaltreasures.com/?W...2d-2e31cafac4c1

I am thinking of installing ISAPI_REWRITE ( http://www.helicontech.com ) then editing the navigation.

Anyone have experience with optimization of ASP storefront and/or URI rewrite?
Thanks for your time....

I got "Server Application Unavailable" when I tried to visit the first time. The second time it loaded alright and I see what you mean with the url's. I'd straighten out the redirect on the home page first. ISAPI can resolve the url's but with someone elses application it might take some time in sorting.

A member here Wyrickj posted something about the url's being a snap to rewrite with in .net without ISAPI. I'll see if I can find the post if he doesn't kick in.

StoreFront

Thanks....

Well, I'm looking into the redirect, but it looks unavoidable.

I found out the entire site is built and managed in StoreFront (storefront.net).

Making SEO changes while keeping the site working will be a challenge.
